Bistro Saffron is a family-owned Thai–Japanese fusion restaurant shaped by generations of shared cooking traditions. Many of our Thai dishes draw inspiration from Pornsuang's grandmother, Kun Yai—who is also Su's mother—while our sushi and Japanese selections are prepared with a modern Thai sensibility, bringing together heritage, balance, and fresh, vibrant flavor.
