A: Bistro Saffron began with founder, Supaporn “Su” Hill, who envisioned a warm, inviting place for guests to relax & enjoy Thai dishes passed down through family traditions. She chose “Bistro” not for the cuisine, but for the cozy, friendly, & unpretentious atmosphere she wanted to create.
