I love Saffrons. You can literally close your eyes and land your finger on the menu, open your eyes and order what you finger is touching and it will be amazing. Thank you Saffrons, you are great. A: Bistro Saffron began with founder, Supaporn “Su” Hill, who envisioned a warm, inviting place for guests to relax & enjoy Thai dishes passed down through family traditions. She chose “Bistro” not for the cuisine, but for the cozy, friendly, & unpretentious atmosphere she wanted to create. Our menu has evolved over the years, but the heart behind the name remains the same: a relaxed place for exceptional Asian cuisine.
